When you are striving towards zero defects in your production process, implementing Total Quality management is of utmost importance. To continually satisfy your customers, you will have to have a continuous improvement approach towards production systems.

TQM started way back in 1920 when statistical theories was applied to the quality control of a production process. Since then, the focus expanded beyond quality control of products towards quality of everything within the whole company.

Total Quality Management includes:
• Focus on your customers
• All employees should be involved
• CI – Continuous Improvement
