Employer consults employees via social networking site - Details are as such: FNV Bondgenoten approaches employees of ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), Rabobank, Holland Casino and the RaboBouwfonds on Hyves - the Dutch version of Facebook - to involve them in negotiations for a collective agreement. Workers need not be union members in order to join the discussion on Hyves. Out of 3,900 ANWB workers, 150 have joined the FNV-Hyves for their company.
