ManagementThe Contents of a Contract are not Always Written in ItThis statement appears to be quite accurate. In the making of a contract there are many things to consider such as boastful statements. Which are legally considered to be puff and are not binding on a contract. Puffs should be distinguished from a representation which if proven to be false one can seek damages. There is some confusion here in the law. As a statement that induces somebody to enter in to a contract that has specialist knowledge is binding as in the case of Dick Bentley productions Ltd v. Harold Smith Ltd. Even before a contract is signed as J Evans and son v, Mezario it was ruled that a verbal arrangement before the contract was made is binding. In this case it concerned the way goods should be transported in the cargo hold and not on the deck. The courts ruled that a breach of that term would be a breach of the contract.
Can I Challenge EU Law
EC in setting up the article 230 they deemed essential that member states could challenge an act that they have passed. This established a wait and see approach that gave member states the possibility to alter an act and to say that in practise it does not work for them. It provided a check and balance on the legislative capacity of the EC.
The benefits of EU Law for members of the EU
Unfortunately EU law has not been recognised for its full potential and legal rights it bestows upon its members. All too often in the press hearing negative stories about how the EU is interfering in our daily lives. Nothing could be further from the truth, politicians often used EU law to cover up their own mistakes or to put the blame elsewhere. They have in general failed to give full perspective to what Britain signed up to in 1971.

We each feel the stress and challenges to achieve profitability in this climate in our own ways. I want to share my recipe for overcoming. After 11 years running my current business, preceded by 10 in the corporate world and six before that running a publishing and writing business, I have learned three words that can make all the difference: Passion, Persistence and Performance. Passion: When work, commitment, and pleasure all become one and you reach that deep well where passion lives, nothing is impossible.--Unknown

But there are a number of questions that one should pose to oneself before going down that path. If it’s something you’ve ever considered, have a look at these questions:
The Better You Are The More Coaching You NeedCoaching is a hot topic, Says Mike Southon, and we highly recommend that if you don’t have a coach, you should get one. We often say that the better you are at something, the more you need coaching. Look at Roger Federer, Tiger Woods and Wayne Rooney; they are at the top of their professions, but get coached almost daily, always looking for that extra bit of ‘edge’. The above is a quote from Mike Southon. But it fits perfectly into our ethos. We Like to think that contributors to this site out helping others with different areas of there business.
