Hi all,

How are you? I'm a small potatoes internal IT support for a huge MNC organization in a remote branch offices in Hong Kong.

This is the first time I do my blogging and I hope I could share some view of people working "on the ground" to face users day-to-day in a blog.

I will be writing stories on my blog daily and hopefully these are interesting enough for you to understand the difference of people working in far east.
